Airport Authority · Brand Guide v1.0
Your trip starts clearer here.
01 — POSITIONING
Summit Ridge connects travelers, businesses, and communities through a clearer, easier, more welcoming regional airport experience. People reach this brand at stressful moments — so it's an operational tool, not a brochure: flights, parking, terminal updates, and traveler info, made easier to find before they arrive.
When airport information is unclear, travel feels harder before passengers even arrive. The brand's job is to remove that friction.
02 — PERSONALITY
Welcoming and efficient, regional and grounded. Not a luxury airline, not a sprawling international hub, not a tech startup — a calm, confident regional gateway that respects the traveler's time.
Flight, parking, and access info that resolves a decision in a glance.
Reassuring tone and layout for travelers who are anxious or in a hurry.
The ridge and the runway — a gateway to the mountain region, not anywhere.
Accurate, current, and accessible — the source travelers trust.
03 — THE LOGO
Like the great airport identities, the three-letter code leads. SRA — Summit Ridge Airport — sits in bold Manrope beneath a custom mountain range on a navy field, with a gold plane lifting off the summit. It locks up with the Summit Ridge wordmark for full signatures.
Summit Ridge — drawn as mountains.
Flight, lifting off the summit.
The airport code — the hero.
04 — COLOR
Runway navy for authority, sky blue for travel and clarity, summit slate for grounding, and signal gold strictly for wayfinding, parking, and alerts. Terminal gray and cloud white keep schedules and maps readable. Red is held for cancellations and closures only.
Status color is consistent across the site, the boards, and signage — learn it once.
05 — TYPOGRAPHY
Manrope brings a clean, modern, signage-ready voice to headlines and wayfinding. Inter carries flight times, gate numbers, and fares with strong tabular figures — the data travelers scan under pressure.
06 — VOICE
Tell travelers what to do before they ask. Plain words for parking, gates, security, and accessibility — never airport jargon.
Lead with the traveler's next step. Use real times, gates, and lanes. Put accessibility up front. Make alerts impossible to miss. Translate construction into "what this means for your trip."
07 — BRAND ARCHITECTURE
Everyday travel carries the airport brand. The multi-year terminal expansion — disruptive and highly visible — gets its own campaign identity, endorsed by the authority.
